Workload breakdown:
2 App Intensives per month - 24 hours (12 hours each) - Wednesdays and Thursdays
2 Signature Talk Masterclasses per month - 6 hours (3 hours each) - Wednesdays
2 Signature Talk Workshops per month - 14 hours (7 hours each) - TBD
Team calls - 6 hours (1.5) hours per week - TBD
TOTAL - 50 hours/month, 12.5 hours per week on average
Onboarding plan:
Trainee- Trainee shadows 4 intensives, following along in facilitator’s guide and make updates/notes (in addition to breakout room coaching) - over the course of 2 months ideally
- Trainee also reviews recordings of intensives
- Trainee and supervisor meet to discuss/debrief
- Trainee leads 2 intensives with Supervisor "shadowing" - over the course of 1 month
- Trainee takes over leading intensives
