How to Use our Knowledge Base

Navigation tricks and How-Tos for Thought-Leader's Knowledge Base & Playbook Library!

Welcome to Thought-Leader's Knowledge Base! We're excited to build this out to best support not only our internal Thought-Leader team but our clients as well. This page will become the home base for all of our playbook articles. So, how do you use it?

1. Open up the homepage of the Knowledge Base: https://help.thought-leader.com/playbooks

2. Wondering why it looks empty? Most of our current articles are meant only for the Thought-Leader Internal Team and are listed as "private". This means they will only show up if you are logged in to an account with an @thought-leader.com email address. You can sign in by clicking the button on the top right of the Knowledge Base Home page.

3. Search for what you're looking for in the search bar! You can use keywords, like "online course" or "Hubspot" and see what comes up, or you can search directly for the playbook you're looking for. 

Once you're signed in, you'll be able to navigate the lefthand menu (as shown in the screenshot above) and view playbooks based on categories and departments.
